I’ve been doing my Prague blogs while we were here, but I have to sort through the almost 1500 (…..) pictures and add them to the blogs before I post them. So in the meantime, here are this weeks questions.
- What secret indulgence do you act on while your spouse is away?
Hm… I’m not really sure. I probably have popcorn for dinner more just because it’s not very fun only cooking for one (and a half..). I rarely cook when Mark isn’t home, unless I invite friends over for dinner.
- If you were a spice, what would you be?
Is garlic a spice? If so, that’s what I’d be, only because it is my favorite.
- Where do you go for support when your significant other is deployed?
A select few friends, particularly ones here, who know what it’s like to be in Italy without their husbands, and also friends back home who are always supportive of me.
- What is the oldest thing you own?
A few stuffed animals and blankets from when I was a baby. And an afghan that my grandma made, or maybe it was my great-grandma. I’m not sure.
- How did you vision your future pre-military?
I’m not sure exactly, but when I envisioned getting married and growing up, the military wasn’t anywhere in the picture, that’s for sure. I never imagined living overseas and dealing with long separations, but that being said, my life and my marriage to Mark is far better than anything I could have dreamed of.
